Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in New Zealand. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs based on the items requested and delivery location. We deliver to the nearest Mainfreight depot, however if you would like your order shipped to a specific home address, please either make a note on the order or email our sales team at sales@tileclear.co.nz.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

If your delivery is to an Auckland address, you will be able to specify a delivery date. Please note that all orders will need to have a lead time of at least two business days. For any urgent queries please contact the sales team at sales@tileclear.co.nz.

Collections

If you would like to collect your order or pay in store please contact the sales team at sales@tileclear.co.nz who will be able to guide you through this process and collection times.

Please note that not all cars are big enough to fit larger orders, so you may need to do several trips to fully collect your order. A truck, van or trailer is always recommended to collect tiles, however we can arrange a delivery at the customer's cost.

We do offer a same day collection service in most cases when stock is available in store. Please contact the sales team at sales@tileclear.co.nz or 09 589 1430 for further information.
